Our tried and tested Rebel System begins with a 30 day Kickstart. Training 3 times a week you’ll be looked after by an experienced, knowledgeable coach who’ll guide you through everything you need to know to make lifelong changes for a fitter, stronger, healthier you.
If you feel after the 30 days that we’re the fitness family for you, you can continue your journey with our group training membership.

Personal training has often been seen as a luxury or unnecessary. However, the benefit of working with a personal trainer is one of the fastest, easiest, most successful ways to improve your health and fitness.
Personal training allows you to maximise your workout in a shorter space of time than working alone by taking you beyond your comfort zone. You'll be working harder and much more efficiently so no getting out of that last rep, no giving up early and no excuses!
You'll also be working safer as your trainer will ensure you are using the correct techniques at all times, significantly reducing the risk of injury.
We also have a 'Partner Package' available.
Whether you're family, friends or real life cuddle buddies, as long as your fitness goals are similar and one of you isn't sporting an injury you can train together, reaping the benefits of personal training but at a shared cost.
Small Group Training is a fun, challenging way to workout whilst effectively reaching your fitness goals. Sessions combine the knowledge and expertise of having personal training with the motivating energy of a small group. You will be stronger, leaner and fitter in no time. There are currently 12 sessions per week with more being offered as demand calls for it.
All workouts can be modified to suit each individuals fitness level.

Vikki had several goals when she came to me for training. To improve her strength, to lose body fat, but mainly to slow the progression of her degenerative disorder, Friedrich's Ataxia.
Over the years we've worked on improving her strength, cardiovascular health and stability. This is the first time Vikki has been able to jump since being diagnosed and was a huge moment. It was something Vikki herself thought she'd never be able to do!
Yes, totally! Every exercise in every workout can be modified and you can go at your own pace. Stop and rest when you need to. Ramp up the energy when you have it. There's no pressure! It's all about having fun!
Of course! Men are welcome to come along. No one is excluded from our classes. Except pets and intoxicated people of course.
Anything you're comfortable in. T-shirts, vest tops, leggings, jogging bottoms, shorts. Whatever you have that's comforatble to move in will do. Trainers are a must. Flip flops, mankinis and lycra hotpants are a no-no.
Ladies, don't forget a good, supportive sports bra!
Apart from your lovely self, you just need water, a sweat towel and any medication you may need (asthma inhaler/glucose etc)
If you're coming to a boxing based class, please bring gloves if you have them. Spares will be available.
Don't be! There are people of all ages, sizes, nationalities etc coming to the classes and no one is made to feel like an outsider. Rebellion Fitness is all about that family feel where everyone is welcome. We're all at the class for the same reason and bullying/shaming etc will not be tolerated.
Oh, and as your instructor's we are really nervous every class too! So you're not alone!
